Celebrating over 20 years helping high-performing people live their professional and personal dreams. Since the early 90s—my first years of helping people with career/life choices—my work with clients has been firmly strengths-based. Orienting the work around recognizing and owning one's strengths provides the sturdiest and most inspiring foundation for going after any worthwhile goal.

Practice Specialty—as a Professional Certified Coach, certified through the International Coach Federation, I work with people to incubate and realize their dreams, leading them to values-based work and life choices which feed their heart and mind, their soul and their financial picture. Experience—My career path has included experience in non-profit, for-profit, business, and academic settings. Prior to career counseling and life coaching, I was a foreign language teacher. In very real ways, I continue to be a foreign language teacher, helping people interpret in more productive ways events affecting their lives, plus teaching them new "vocabulary" for identifying and articulating what they want to achieve. Music performance, poetry writing and story telling are aspects of my life that I am currently seeking to integrate more into my work.

It encourages the client to pay more attention to what they themselves are saying and this leads to discovering their own answers. Being led to your own answers makes the result more meaningful and powerful.
